Frequent questions

Does the product damage paint or acrylics?

No. We work with compounds formulated for aviation finishes, free of ammonia and aggressive solvents. Before the first service we share the technical sheet for every product so your maintenance team can review it.

How long is the aircraft out of service?

A standard window takes six hours and is scheduled overnight or between legs, so in practice it costs you no dispatch availability. If you need a specific hour, the Express Detail commits to it in writing.

Do I need to arrange hangar access?

No. We coordinate ramp permits and crew entry with your hangar or FBO. We only need the contact for the person in charge and the tail number.

How often should a full detail be done?

Every four to six weeks for aircraft in regular operation, and more often at coastal bases, where salt attacks finishes and hardware far faster.

Do you invoice?

Yes, with CFDI. We work under a master agreement for fleets and individual service orders for single aircraft.
